Why Write for ANN Times

If you have a story that matters, we want to hear it. ANN Times publishes clear, factual reporting across news, politics, tech, business, science, health, investigations, and global events.
We care about accuracy, independence, and strong storytelling. If your work aligns with that, you’re in the right place.

What We Accept

We consider submissions that fit one of these formats:

News Reports

Timely, factual coverage backed by solid sourcing. No speculation.

Features & Analysis

Deep dives into issues with real insight and data. Strong reporting and context required.

Opinion Columns

Clear arguments from expert writers. Must be labeled “Opinion” and based on real knowledge, not emotion.

Investigations

Documents, evidence, whistleblower material, or leads that reveal wrongdoing or public-interest issues.

Human Interest Stories

Compelling, relevant narratives with verified facts and strong characters.

Our Standards

If you submit work to ANN Times, you’re expected to follow the same rules we hold our newsroom to:

  • Minimum 2–3 official sources for factual claims
  • Independent verification
  • No single-source major claims
  • Neutral, unbiased writing
  • Clear separation of facts and opinions
  • No AI-generated facts, quotes, or “hallucinated” content
  • You may use AI tools only for research or outlining
  • All submitted work must be original and not published elsewhere

If your submission doesn’t meet these requirements, it won’t be considered.

How to Submit

Send your pitch or full story to:
[email protected]

Include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your background or expertise
  3. Story title
  4. Full draft or a detailed outline
  5. Source list (official links, documents, references)
  6. Any media (photos, videos, proof — only if you own the rights)

If you’re submitting sensitive or whistleblower material, state that clearly in the email.

What Happens Next

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Initial review
Editors check if your story fits ANN Times standards and categories.
  2. Verification
We verify sources, claims, and supporting documents.
If something doesn’t check out, we stop the process.
  3. Editing
If approved, your piece goes through professional editing for accuracy, clarity, and structure.
  4. Publication
Once finalized, it goes live on ANN Times with your byline.

We’ll contact you if we accept your submission. If you don’t hear back, it means the piece wasn’t a fit or didn’t meet our standards.

Sponsored Content

We accept sponsored content only if it’s labeled clearly and doesn’t influence editorial decisions.
If you’re pitching sponsored material, state it upfront.

Whistleblowers & Sensitive Info

If you’re sharing evidence of misconduct or information that could put you at risk, say so clearly.
We protect identities when necessary and handle sensitive material with care.

Final Notes

We want strong stories, not recycled narratives, AI-written fluff, or unverified claims.
If you’ve got something honest, important, and well-sourced — we want to see it.
